Sports Conditioning Academy
For all junior athletes
ranging from 4th to 12th grade. The academy focuses on
improving athletic performances and preventing injuries at all athletic levels.
Drills include speed & agility, plyometrics, strength & core workouts, and
flexibility.

You can select day(s) of the week to fit your schedule.
However, it is recommended that you attend at least two sessions/week for
ultimate results. Students may make up any days they miss during the
current session.
