- Using long gliding strokes to promote relaxation
and detoxification of tissue

Tissue-Following along the muscle attachment lines
with more pressure and detail than Swedish

Point-Finding knots and working them out with
specific pressure
~Cranial-Sacral-Working
with the skull, spine and sacrum to relieve pressure
from muscle imbalances. Good for low back pain and
headaches
~Stretching-Passive
stretching of major muscle groups

Massage-Done fully clothed and seated. Good for a
quick relax and recharge
~Hot
Stone Massage-Heated stones soaked in water and
essential oils are used to deeply relax tight and
tired muscles, followed by long strokes directed to
the center of the body to cleanse the system. Finish
with a cup of hot tea of your choice. A sensory
delight!

that you have. Please know that mine is as well.
When scheduling your appointment, I am setting aside
time just for you; therefore I cannot help anyone
else.
24 Hours Notice
is common courtesy. If you or I can fill the time
slot reserved, there is no charge. If not, there
will be a charge to your club account equal to one
half the value of the massage scheduled. No call, no
show is full charge.
