The Monarch fitness area is part of the main
building at Monarch. It features both cardio and strength equipment. Within the
main building there is also a private pilates studio and an upscale spa.
Finally, after your workout, retire to your locker room, where the women can
take a sauna and the men can take a steam. Both locker rooms also feature indoor
Jacuzzis.
Non Acceptable Clothing includes: Street clothes, any clothing designed
to make a statement, thick belts made to be worn with street clothes, chains
connecting to a wallet, long pants/slacks, blue jeans, long baggy shorts past
the knee, dress shirts (long sleeves), socks up to the knees, bathing suits,
thongs, sandals, flip flops.
