Stacey Tan-Horsch has
over 20 years experience as a personal trainer, and 12 years
with Laguna Niguel Racquet Club. She graduated from Illinois
State with a MS degree in Physical Education; with a
concentration in Exercise Physiology. A former track star in
High School, Stacey is certified through ACE, ACSM, AAHFP, &
Fit Tour. Her certifications are current and updated yearly.
Specializing in training tennis players, golfers, junior
athletes, post rehabilitation clients, and weight
management, Stacey incorporates Pilates and stretching
routines into her training program.
Rick has 15 years of
experience in personal training. He has worked with the
California Angels and athletes in the NFL and NBA. Specializing
in speed and agility for athletes of all levels and ages, he has
regularly worked with the United States Olympic Team trainers to
stay on the cutting edge of field of fitness training.
A graduate of the University
of California-Irvine and certified by the National Strength and
Conditioning Association. Rick can improve your fitness level
with a program custom designed to fit your needs from post
surgery to all fitness levels and ages.

Shanna has been in the Health and
Fitness field since 1986. She earned her Master’s Degree from CSU
Fullerton, and her Bachelor’s Degree from Chapman (College)
University. She also worked several years as a Physical Therapy
aide in a hospital and a sports therapy clinic. Shanna played
basketball and soccer though college and has maintained a very
active lifestyle having recently completed a marathon, triathlon, a
several Century (100 mile) bike rides. But her favorite past times
are mountain biking, snowboarding, and she’s getting into golf.
Having received so many personal benefits from her own fitness,
Shanna loves to help her clients achieve their athletic body,
whether for sport, gardening, chasing kids or grandkids. So her
programs are designed to bring out the athlete in all of us. What
kind of athlete would you like to be?
I am personal trainer certified with ACE, NASM and
Egoscue. I am Pre and Post Natal certified, Post Rehab certified, as
well as certified in many other areas. My background is in
gymnastics, dance, ice skating and martial arts. I love teaching
boot camps and working with clients who are serious about getting
stronger and healthier. My one-on-one workouts are specially
tailored for my client's fitness level, as well as their fitness
goals. I train hard and I am focused, but my clients do get results.
I work with all ages, as well as body types. I love what I do and I
live what I teach. I do one-on-one, partner sessions, group
training, 30 and 60 minute sessions. I am a mother of three sons and
I believe that with health as my priority, I always make time for
