Class Descriptions - FITNESS EVALUATION

This is an actual workout where a Fitness Trainer oversees your workout on the equipment and sets up an individualized workout program for you. This session includes:

  • Target heart rate zone
  • Body measurements
  • Body Composition test

Trainer will also review use of free weights & machine weights and explain cardiovascular equipment. INCLUDED WITH MEMBERSHIP
