Winter 2006 Junior Tennis Program

The Laguna Niguel Racquet Club is committed to offering a complete junior development program, ranging from beginner programs to programs for nationally ranked players.  The coaches are dedicated to having students reach their potentials and achieve their goals.

OVERVIEW
LNRC is committed to the development of the junior player by offering a complete tennis program for all levels and ages. From the beginning player to the nationally ranked.

SESSION DATES
The 2006 winter session is a 12-week program from January 2 – March 25. You may choose from 1 day per week to every day. Students may attend class anytime during the session.

Daily Drop-In

*** If a class is missed, juniors may make up the class at any time provided it is made within the winter session. No make up classes for juniors signed up for unlimited days.

$$$$ Enroll more than 1 child per family and receive a 10% discount for 2nd child. No discount for Drop-In. Classes are not transferable.


Beginner/Advanced Beginner
This class is designed for juniors of all ages. From those who have never played to others who need more work on their skills before advancing. Main emphasis of this class is to develop hand-eye coordination, the basic strokes through drills and games, and most of all, have fun in the process.

Monday-Thursday 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm
Saturday 11:30 am – 1:00 pm

Player Development
This program encompasses Advanced and Intermediate through Satellite tournament players. Main emphasis of this class is to strengthen fundamentals through drills, games, and match play along with mental and physical conditioning.

Monday-Thursday 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm
Saturday 11:30 am – 1:00 pm

High Performance
These players are highly committed to their tennis game and progress. The workout is designed for juniors who have a sectional, national, and/or ITF World ranking. This program strives to strengthen fundamentals through drills, games, and match play, along with the mental, tactical, and physical conditioning necessary to maximize individual’s potential.
