Pilates Instructors

Paula Schafer - ext. 870
Paula completed her Pilates certification through the Body Arts and Science Teacher Training Program at On Center Conditioning.  She had recently assisted in the opening of Streamline Pilates in Hong Kong.  She has been active in Pilates for the past 5 years and has been teaching mat classes and privates for the past year.  Paula has completed numerous workshops, including Prenatal and King Course Pilates.  Contact Paula at ext. 870 for her availability.

Marla Hodes – ext. 869
Marla Hodes M.A. has her Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Dance.  She has worked in the fitness field for the past 10 years.  Some of her past positions has been at the La Costa Resort and the Doral Resort in Telluride, Colorado.  She has also worked in rehabilitation for the University of California, San Francisco, and St. Joseph Hospital in Orange, California.  Marla has taught Pilates for several years and is certified through On Center Conditioning.  She is also certified by ACSM, the American College of Sports Medicine.

Jamie Dodd – ext. 880
Jamie has been active in Pilates for over 5 years.  She completed her Pilates certification through the Body Arts and Science Teacher Training Program at On Center Conditioning.  Upon certification, she has been managing and teaching private Pilates sessions at her own studio and teaching mat classes in her local community.  For your convenience, Jamie is available day and evening for private and semi-private sessions.

Cristen Skoglund – ext. 865
Cristen recently completed her Pilates certification through the Body Arts & Science Teacher Training Program at On Center Conditioning.  She has a background in all aspects of dance including choreographing for, directing, and managing IMPACT Dance Company on the campus of University of San Diego, where she received her BA degree.  She is available day and evening for private and semi-private instructions at all levels.
