Why Pilates?

Your Pilates instructor will give you a postural assessment and coach you through a warm-up routine and a variety of exercises.  Pilates will aid in building bone density of the spine and hip, improve posture and balance, and increase flexibility and mobility.

With the Pilates method, you will learn progressive levels of Pilates exercise, from strengthening, toning, and balancing.  You will master the art of relaxation, concentration, coordination, correct breathing, centering, and stamina.
