The holidays are coming—which means busy schedules, extra treats, and plenty of reasons to skip your workouts. That’s why we’ve created the Gratitude & Grit Holiday Challenge: a 6-week program designed to keep you consistent, accountable, and strong all season long.

Program Details

  • Kickoff Date: October 14th
  • Duration: 6 weeks (runs right before Thanksgiving)
  • Schedule: Every Tuesday evening at 6pm: Oct 14 - Nov 18
  • Led By: Maria Smith - Boom Fitness
  • Location: LNRC in the Group Ex room
